Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg dropped out of attempts to reach the court of the country to his estate in Hawaii.
Billionaire has launched the process by which he came into possession of several smaller parcels as part of its massive estates on the island of Kauai and this provokes resistance from local residents.
Access to the land, fishing and water rights are fairly complex. Zuckerberg has asked the court to find the owners of abandoned land that he could agree on ownership with them.
But his request caused criticism from local residents who pointed out to purchase land violated the rights of real Hawaiians.
