Let’s be honest, there is a ton of wellness and lifestyle tips and tricks out there from Hollywood. One actress says to do this and the next one swears by something else completely different. The truth is it’s best to try out what sounds good to you and your life. Maybe waking up at 6 am each morning to slather coconut oil all over your body and take a cold shower doesn’t sound like something you can commit to. And hey, we’re totally there with you on that. Maybe what one actress has to say will resonate with you as it did with us. The pint-sized actress is dishing out some big Hollywood diet secrets ahead of the holiday season. Lea, who’s best known for her role as Rachel Berry on the hit show “Glee,” swears by three things to stay in shape all year round.

A Healthy Home

Lea keeps temptation away by stocking her home with only fresh and healthy options. She recently told reporters at US Weekly, “If you keep your home healthy, then, when you’re reaching for snacks, you’re not reaching for bad things. So, I stock it with fruits and vegetables.”

Vegan & Variety

While the actress does occasionally integrate meat and animal products into her diet, she makes sure to keep her home completely vegan. Lea is currently experimenting with an all-vegetarian diet, and stresses the importance of changing up your diet to always keep your body in tiptop shape saying that once it a while it’s good to “reset the system.”

Youthful Yoga

A nonstop schedule of work and travel keeps the 31-year-old seeking creative ways to re-energize. One method Lea swears by is plenty of yoga. Having the benefits of relaxation and a healthy workout, Michele says “I don’t do yoga to look good. I do it to feel good. And then you look good in the end.”
