Adele Reveals Her Fast-Food Faves In British Vogue Video
English songstress Adele sat down with British Vogue and took their “Ultimate British Taste Test”, revealing her dietary secrets and must-haves. The “Taste Taste” had Adele sampling food across the British cuisine while wearing a blindfold – included in the menu were such classics as kippers, Sunday roast, and Eton Mess (strawberries, meringue, and whipped cream). While doing so, the singer served the dish on all her own favorites and her go-to’s for take-out.
According to the singer-songwriter, if she had to choose a last meal it would be McDonald’s over any other food group.

“My ideal meal, my death row meal, my last meal, would be a McChicken Nugget with a Big Mac and then fries,” Adele said in the video. “That’s my three-course,” she continued. “I eat it at least once a week.”
Her first quintessentially British fascinating food fact had her spilling the beans on how she looks to take her tea: “brew the tea bag, add a bit of sugar and milk”. She went on to reveal that she was previously a cook in a neighborhood café, cooking breakfasts “for £25 a day.”
“I learned to cook on my own when I was like, 18… I was getting loads of takeaways and it was just costing too much money, so I think I read ’30-Minute Meals’ by good ol’ Jamie Oliver. That’s how I learned the basics of cooking.”
Adele bragged that she cooks an “incredible spicy pasta”, that even her Italian friends relish.
Another fast-food favorite for the singer, alongside McDonald’s, is Nando’s. “I get a quarter of chicken with some coleslaw, some rice, and some fries… and I get medium Peri heat, Peri sprinkles on my fries as well.”
At the end of the video spotlight, Adele claimed “I know everything there is to know about food”.
