
Facial Exercises to Tone the Face
Facial exercise naturally makes your face look younger by reducing wrinkles and firming the face. Here are a few exercises to do on your face. First, push your forehead with your finger. This simple facial exercise helps create smooth lines on the forehead. Next, put your palms on your forehead, with the bottom of each palm resting on an eyebrow. Raise your eyebrow muscle and lower it ten times. Then raise and hold for 30 seconds, lower and hold for 30 seconds, and repeat the movement. Chin Tuck. This facial exercise strengthens the jawline muscles and reduces wrinkles. Start by sitting upright and crossing your leg. Also, place your hands behind your head and gently bring them forward until they touch your chin. Pull back and repeat several times per day.
Do a facelift exercise. It works the muscles around the upper lips, prevents sagging, and maintains a strong lip contour. To do this, open your mouth gently, and flare your nostrils. Wrinkle your nose as much as possible, gently pull your upper lip as high as possible, and hold for 10 seconds. Next, open your mouth gently and place a finger under the eye on the cheekbone. Gently curl your upper lip upward, pressuring your finger on your face. Hold for 10 seconds and return to the original position.

Do a mandibular strengthening exercise. It works for the mandible and lower jaw. It helps prevent double chin and aging grooves on the lower part of the face. Start by closing your mouth, especially your teeth and lips, slightly closed; separate your teeth as much as possible without opening your lips. Next, gently bring your mandible forward and go as far as possible. Next, stretch your lower lips forward and hold for 5 seconds. Next, gently return your jaw, lips, and teeth to their original position. Lastly, exercise by smiling without opening your mouth, making a grin on your lips, and holding the expression with your cheeks for a few seconds. Then, release and relax your face.
