The Baha Mar resort located in the Bahamas has recently opened and is hiring a CFO. Don’t worry, even if you’re not a finance expert, you still have a chance! Lucky for you, they are actually looking for a Chief Flamingo Officer who will be in charge of keeping on eye on their flamingo’s.
The job title is interchangeable with Avian Manager, and the position is open to people from across the world. But before you quit your job and purchase a flight to become the CFO at this $4.2 billion Nassau resort, you may want to check out the requirements first.
Applicants must have a certain amount of education in zoology or in a similar field, and must also have at least five years of experience working with exotic birds, as well a minimum of a year of experience working as a manager.
The chosen CFO of Baha Mar will be in charge of taking care of the flamingo collections of the property and to create a unforgettable beach sanctuary experience for guests. The CFO position will also include supervising the interactions between flamingos and guests, and ensure that they are amazed. The flamingos will be housed in a flamingo mansion with a combination of land and water elements.
Baha Mar is now accepting applications until the end of February. If you would rather hang out with the flamingos without it being your official job, travelers are more than welcome to also. Just keep in mind that you won’t get paid for it.
