It’s that time of year again when we’re making our New Year resolutions and for many those resolutions revolve around getting and staying fit. But how do you keep up the motivation to keep exercising over the next few months? With our tips, it’s easy! Just follow this list of exercise tips and you are guaranteed success.
Pick a gym nearby or set yourself up to work out at home. It doesn’t matter which one because they’re both full of people who will be too bust getting their sweat on. Work out in peace without wasting money on a monthly pass that will likely go unused after a couple of weeks by getting a home gym together, all you need are some free weights and a yoga mat to get started.
This tip is all bout easy access. All you need is some running shoes and a road. What we like to do is turn some music on and just run through my neighborhood, picking up some litter along the way for some extra good karma. If you don’t have a nearby place to run you can also try running in place.
Home Workout Plan
Home workouts are some of the easiest to stick to as they don’t require you to even leave your house. If you have no weights or machines just use your body weight to get fit. Start with push-ups and sit-ups and work your way up from there.
Weight-lifting may seem like it requires a far greater amount of preparation or resources than other forms of exercise but that it isn’t necessarily true. One useful tip if you want to work out at home without weights or a machine is just to take a backpack and fill it with books.
