Vans are the ultimate sneaker for a casual, relaxed, no-worries kind of look, and are perfect for everyday wear, especially since they are incredibly versatile and go with just about everything. And now, to make things even more exciting, just when you thought Vans couldn’t get any better –  the Aura collection has arrived! Offering us all a chance at having the world’s coolest, most retro shoes: tye-dye sneakers for an affordable $60 a pair (leaving you with literally no excuse not to get them).  Just be sure to wear them with something neutral to avoid overdoing it, and also to ensure that these babies really stand out.

The original skate shoe we all know and love has also announced their partnership with New York fashion designer Sandy Liang for a limited edition collection of Classic footwear and apparel. Sandy Liang is known best for mixing materials like fleece and unique colors and print. Debuting February 21, Liang has designed this collection with her signature marks all over it. The designer is known for taking inspiration from her hometown of Bayside, Queens, as well as her grandmother and childhood hand-me-downs. Take our money already! “To see my ideas come to life on such an iconic collection of footwear and apparel is a dream come true,” said Sandy Liang in a press release. “This collection embodies the playful dreaminess of the nineties, as well as the grittiness of downtown New York City.” There are nine pieces of apparel and accessories in the collection, each drawing on ’90s trends. Marbled color, snakeskin print, butterflies, and bejeweled piercings detail all over hoodies, t-shirts, and bike shorts. The collection is a beautiful collab meshing Liang’s design approach while still channeling Vans’ classic vibe. Dainty yet edgy.
